Rich Hidy is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and resides in Alexandria, Kentucky. Rich is a lifelong Conservative and Republican and is proud to serve as Chairman of the Campbell County Republican Party.
Prior to assuming the role of Chairman of the Campbell County Republican Party in 2025, Rich served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Hamilton County Republican Party.
In this role, Rich worked directly with the former Hamilton County Republican Party Chairman and current Ohio Republican Party Chairman over multiple election cycles to enhance the local county party’s grassroots efforts and maximize voter turnout in countywide elections. Rich also has experience working directly with local Republican candidates to help them manage their campaigns.
Rich was presented with the 2022 H.C. Buck Niehoff Award in recognition of his service to the Hamilton County Republican Party. Rich has assisted with grassroots efforts in Ohio during multiple campaign cycles.

Alyssa Baker is a lifelong resident of Campbell County. She was named a Commonwealth Ambassador by Secretary of State Michael Adams in recognition of her efforts to promote civic involvement and voter participation across Kentucky. She serves as the Vice Chair of the Campbell County Republican Party.
A proud University of Cincinnati graduate, she earned her B.A. in Political Science with a certificate in Legal Studies, graduating with honors.
She has applied her education and passion for public service through numerous political and government experiences, including internships with Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, Congressman Brad Wenstrup, and as a Political Science research student at the University of Cincinnati.
Alyssa is passionate about engaging her community, advancing conservative values, and helping grow the Republican presence in Northern Kentucky.

Elly Neltner is a resident of Southgate, Kentucky. In 2023, Elly served as the Northern Kentucky Regional Field Director with the Republican Party of Kentucky working to improve grassroots engagement throughout the region. Elly serves as the Secretary of the Campbell County Republican Party.

Jesse Hockenbury currently serves as Treasurer of the Campbell County Republican Party. His involvement began as an active member and has grown through previous leadership roles, including Youth Chair and Legal Advisor. These positions have allowed him to contribute meaningfully to the party’s mission, engage with the community, and help shape strategic outreach efforts.
In addition to his party leadership, Jesse is an elected official on the Highland Heights City Council, where he champions responsible governance and conservative values at the local level.
Professionally, Jesse leads a dynamic legal practice with a focus on litigation and intellectual property. His work demands strategic thinking, negotiation, and clear advocacy, skills he brings to his political and civic roles. He also serves as Chair-Elect of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and sits on the Board of Trustees for the Cincinnati Bar Association, further deepening his leadership experience and commitment to public service.
Outside of his professional and civic responsibilities, Jesse enjoys watching sports, discovering new restaurants, and staying informed on emerging technologies, interests that keep him connected to the broader community and bring fresh perspectives to his work.

A lifelong resident of Camp Springs, Heather Rauch grew up on a family farm and has always been active in her community. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University with degrees in Political Science and International Studies and was recognized as an Outstanding Graduate for her academic achievement and involvement.
During college, she conducted in-depth ballot and voter research, analyzing trends and insights that helped inform discussions on civic engagement and electoral processes.
Heather has always been a conservative and has extensive experience working with local leaders, including an internship with District 68’s State Representative in Frankfort and collaborating with community leaders through the Northern Kentucky Area Development District. A devoted Catholic, she serves on the executive board of a committee at her parish and is passionate about her faith, civic engagement, and inspiring young conservatives.
